Frank Moniz

New Bedford – Frank Moniz, age 41, Passed away unexpectedly on January 5th, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Frank was the son of the late Antonio and Maria Moniz of Sao Miguel, Azores.

Frank is survived by his sisters, Lucia Moniz and her partner Joao Cabral, and Jessie Moniz; his nieces and nephews Anthony Cabral, Tylyn Moniz, Karena Tavares, Ethan Tavares, Aaron Tavares, and Brandon Tavares; his great niece and nephews J-vyn Baez, Zai-Vyon Baez, and Ka-mila Stone; as well as his former brother-in-law Horacio Tavares.

Frank's visiting hours will be held Monday, January 16, 2023 at Perry Funeral Home from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Cremation to follow.
