Hilda Souza

New Bedford – Hilda (Baptiste) Souza, Jr. aged 95, of New Bedford, MA, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Hathaway Manor in New Bedford. She was the beloved Wife of the late Arthur B. Souza.

Hilda was born in New Bedford, MA and was the beloved Daughter of the late Manuel Baptiste and Regina (Alves) Baptiste. She had worked in the offices for Rodney Metals.

Hilda is survived by her daughter, Sandra Costa and her husband Frank; her grandson Jeffrey Andrade and his wife Ursula; and her two great-grandchildren Jakub Andrade and Filip Andrade.

Hilda's family would also like to express their gratitude to Hathaway Manor, and the Compassionate Care Hospice Center for their excellent care.

Hilda’s funeral arrangements are being held in private.
