Manuel G. Falcon

New Bedford – Manuel G. Falcon died Monday May 15, 2006 at St. Lukes Hospital after a long Illness.He was the husband of Elvira (Lima) Falcon of New Bedford, they had been married for 65 Yrs. Survivors include 2 daughters Patricia Perry and her husband John of New Bedford, and Nancy Riley and her husband Dan of Taunton. 3 Grandchildren David Perry, Jeffrey Perry and Tim Riley.

Mr Falcon was born in New Bedford, MA., and lived here all his life. He was the son of the late Louise (Fordham) and Manuel Falcon. He was a custodian at U Mass Dartmouth until his retiremnt in 1985. He was also a Veteran of WWII in the U.S. Army.

His funeral will be held Thursday May 18 , 2006 from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 9:00 A.M. With a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish at St. James, on County St. at 10:00 A.M., Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery . Visiting hours will be from 4-7 P.M. on Wednesday May 17, 2006.
