Carolyn Ann Mendez

New Bedford – Carolyn Ann Mendez, age 55, of New Bedford passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Born in New Bedford, she was the beloved daughter of Rose Marie Mendez and Jack Gilbert.
Carolyn is survived by her mother and father, Rose Marie Mendez and Jack Gilbert; her brothers, John R. Mendez and David W. Mendez; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Carolyn’s visiting hours and funeral service will be held at Perry Funeral Home on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. with a service to take place during this time. Cremation will follow.
