Carol Ann Foster

Boston – Carol Ann Foster, age 58, of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Carol was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to the late Jeannette (Landry) St. Amand and the late Marcel Jalbert. Carol had been a wonderful and loving caregiver to her family over the years and always put her family first.

Carol is survived by her children, Kenneth Nelson, Kelly Nelson and Kristi Silva and her husband Nelson; grandchildren, Ethan, Kayla, Sabrina, Kameron, Aiden, Kaylana, Ava and Kendyll; her brother, David; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her husband, Michael Foster.

Carol’s visiting hours and funeral service will be held at Perry Funeral Home on Friday, July 16, 2021. Her visiting hours will be held from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. with a service to take place at 12:00 P.M. Burial will immediately follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
