Maria Isabel Dasilveira

New Bedford – Maria Isabel DaSilveira, age 62, of New Bedford passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 21, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Born in Horta Faial, Azores, she was the beloved daughter of the late Francisco Duarte DaSilveira and Maria da Conceicao Amaral. Maria had been a part of the Better Community Living Program for 21 years.

Maria is survived by her siblings, Maria Orcutt, Antonio Silveira, Rosa DaSilveira, Jose DaSilveira, Maria DaSilveira and Francisco Silveira; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Maria’s visiting hours and funeral services will be held on Monday, June 28, 2021. Visiting hours will be held from 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. at Perry Funeral Home and followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 10:30 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
