Antonio J. Medeiros, Sr.

Wareham – Antonio J. Medeiros, Sr, age 96, of New Bedford, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Tobey Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Odette (Correia) Medeiros.

Antonio was born in Lomba Do Batao, Azores, Portugal to the late Jose Jacinto Medeiros and Evangalina (Duarte) Medeiros. He had worked as an assembler for International Dryer Corp for many years.

Antonio is survived by his wife, Odette Medeiros; his son, Paul M. Medeiros; 2 grandchildren, Ariel Elise Costa Medeiros and Grace Costa Medeiros.

Antonio was also the father of the late Antonio J. Medeiros, Jr.

Antonio’s funeral service will be private.
