Margaret (Medeiros) Diogenes

New Bedford – Margaret (Medeiros) Diogenes, age 75, of Dartmouth, MA passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Eduardo Diogenes.

Born in St. Michael, Azores she was the daughter of the late Manuel Medeiros and Maria (Araujo) Medeiros. Margaret had worked as a realtor for Castello Realty over the years.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Eduardo; son, Edward Diogenes II and his girlfriend, Kim Furey; 2 grandchildren, Brooke Diogenes and Edward Diogenes III; brother, Manuel Medeiros and his wife Debbie; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Margaret’s Memorial Mass with her cremains will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at St. Mary's Church in Dartmouth at 10:00 A.M. Everyone attending is kindly asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be private.

All attendees are required by current mandated restrictions to wear a face covering at all times, to social distance 6 feet and to please refrain from any close physical contact. Attendance in church will be limited to meet capacity restrictions. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation during this time.
