Armand D. Moreira

Taunton – Armand D. Moreira, age 78, of E. Taunton, MA passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 unexpectedly at his home. He was the beloved husband of Diane C. (Dunn) Moreira.

Born in Fairhaven, MA he was the son of the late Armenio Moreira and Evelyn (Rose) Calado. Armand had worked for Ark-Les Corp. for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Diane; sons, David Moreira and Darin Moreira and his wife Candi; daughter, April Moreira; granddaughters, Amanda Moreira, Kimberly Moreira and Catin Moreira; his step-father, Manuel Calado; his sisters, Carol Barton and her husband Paul and Kathy Calado. He is also survived by his nephew, Jeff Lessa, great-niece, Ashley Lessa and nephew, Jason Lessa and his wife, Allysa.

Armand’s visiting hours and funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Perry Funeral Home. Visiting hours will take place from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. with a service to begin at 12:00 P.M. Burial will immediately follow in Rural Cemetery.

All attendees are required by current mandated restrictions to wear a face covering at all times, to social distance 6 feet and to please refrain from any close physical contact. Attendance in the funeral home will be limited in order to meet the mandated capacity restrictions and could result with a wait time outside of the funeral home.
