Fall River – Anilda “Kiki” DeBarros Ribeiro, age 9, of New Bedford, passed away unexpectedly in an automobile accident on Sunday, September 13, 2020. Born in Brava, Cape Verde she was the loving daughter of Anildo Ribeiro and Ana M. (Tavares) DeBarros.
Anilda “Kiki” is survived by her parents, Anildo Ribeiro and Ana M. (Tavares) DeBarros; her sisters, Rania DaVeiga Ribeiro and Kayline DaLomba; her step-brothers, Edivani Andrade Ferreira and Eddie Andrade Gomes; her step-mom, Carmen H. Luz; her maternal grandmother, Eugenia Macedo and a grandparent of Cape Verde Island; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kiki’s visiting hours will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 3:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home. Her funeral will be Monday morning, in the funeral home, beginning at 10:00 A.M. with a service to take place at 11:00 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Rural Cemetery.
In keeping with the current mandated capacity restrictions, the family kindly requests that once all attendees pay their respects to please exit the building to allow for other guests to enter. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation, it is greatly appreciated by all.
The family has also kindly requested for all attendees to: Please have your mask on at all times, Please social distance 6 ft. and Please refrain from any type of handshakes, hugs and/or any physical contact. Once again, thank you for your cooperation.
All attendees for visiting hours and funeral services are required by current mandated restrictions to wear a face covering and to practice social distancing of 6 feet. Attendance will be limited in order to meet the mandated capacity restrictions.
