Peter Cormier

New Bedford – Peter Cormier, age 82, of New Bedford passed away peacefully at the Tremont Nursing Home on June 21, 2020 after a short illness. Born in new Bedford, MA he was the beloved son of Peter Joseph and Rita Cormier.

Peter had been a painting contractor and was known as “Pete the Painter”. He enjoyed playing gold in his free time.

Peter leaves behind his 3 daughters, 1 son with grandchildren, 1 brother and 2 sisters.
