Lillian Ferreira (Augustine) Pierce

Taunton – Lillian Ferreira (Augustine) Pierce, age 90, of Lakeville passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Morton Hospital. Born in New Bedford, MA she was the daughter of the late Antone and Isabella Augustine.

Lillian had been a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was raised in East Fairhaven and had been happily married to the late Robert I. Pierce of North Dartmouth for 67 years. She had raised her seven children in New Bedford and then moved to Lakeville, MA, where she lived in the summers and spent the winters in Fanning Springs, FL.

Lillian leaves behind her 3 surviving children, Robert Pierce, Jr., Carole L. Green and Wayne Pierce; her late children, Nancy Pierce, Beverly Boudry, Kenneth Pierce and Dale Pierce; 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; her surviving brothers, William Augustine and Alfred Augustine and she was the sister of the late Dorothy Santos, the late Raymond Augustine, the late Robert Augustine; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Lillian’s funeral services will be private due to the recent mandated restrictions in regards to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
