Adriana "Diane" (Ferreira) Dunn

New Bedford – Adriana “Diane” (Ferreira) Dunn, age 59, of New Bedford passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Care One at New Bedford.

Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, she was the beloved daughter of the late Jose Ferreira and Maria Isabel (Costa) Ferreira. She had been a loving homemaker to her family.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Michelle DaCosta and her husband Nathan and Lisa Tavares and her fiancé Ryan O’Shea; 4 grandchildren, Jaeda Raposo, Isaiah Raposo, Madison DaCosta and Ethan DaCosta; 3 brothers, John Ferreira, Frank Ferreira and Joe Ferreira and his wife Ana; 3 sisters, Ana Couto and her husband Joe, Lucy Ferreira and Grace Ferreira; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was also the mother of the late Cliff Raposo and Bryan Tavares and the sister of the late Lurdes Laranja, Eddie Ferreira, Fatima Ferreira, Steve Ferreira and Gloria Ferreira.

Adriana’s funeral services will be private due to the recent mandated restrictions in regards to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during this very difficult time.
