Sharon Correia

New Bedford – Sharon Correia, age 70, of New Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth. Born in New Bedford, MA she was the beloved daughter of the late Arthur Correia and Elsie (Carvalho) Correia.

Sharon had been a bookkeeper for the Wareham Public School System for many years.

She is survived by her brother, Stephen Correia and his wife Mary; nephew, Timothy Correia and his companion Vanessa Forero; niece, Ryan Elizabeth Stirling, her husband Richard and their children, Thomas Joseph, James Francis and Abigail Elizabeth.

A Memorial Mass for Sharon with her cremains will be held at St. Mary's Church in Dartmouth on Monday, January 13th at 11:00 A.M. Everyone attending is kindly asked to meet directly at the church.
