Kevin Demello

Boston – Kevin W. DeMello, age 54, of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Tufts Medical Center. He was the son of Eduarda (De Deus) and the late Antone DeMello.

Mr. DeMello was born in New Bedford, MA. He was a self-employed painter for many years.

He is survived by his three children; daughter, Erin Whittaker; daughter, Toni Marie DeMello; daughter, Kayla DeMello; four grandchildren; Rylee Whittaker DeMello, Nevaeh DeMello-Amaro, Carter Branquinho, Taíjon Silvares; four siblings; Tony DeMello, Paula Avellar, Christine DeMello and Lewis A. DeMello; as well as many nieces and nephews.

His visiting hours will be held Friday morning from 8:00 - 9:30 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial following at St. Mary’s Church in South Dartmouth at 10:00 A.M. Burial will be private.
