Amelia Berard

Acushnet Amelia (Morris) Berard died Thursday August 29, 2005 at her sons home. She was the widow of Joseph R. Berard. She was the mother of Louis Berard of Acushnet, and Grandmother of Heather lin Sylvia and Peter Michael Berard. She was the Great Grandmother of Catrina Lin Sylvia and Olivia C. Berard.

Mrs Berard was born in New Bedford Ma, and was the daughter of the late Luiza (Souza) and Manuel Morris. She was a cloth inspector for Berkshire Hathaway and also worked at Cameo Curtain.

Her Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday August 31, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at St Julie Billiart Church in Dartmouth Family and friends are invited. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday August 31, 2005 from 8 – 9 :30 A.M. prior to the Church Service. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
