Dartmouth – June Alice Correia, age 57 of Fairhaven, passed away after a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth. She was the loving wife of Steven John Correia and a devoted mother to her girls. June was the daughter of the late Frank A. and Winifred (Sylvia) Manley. June was born in New Bedford, raised in Dartmouth and worked as a teller for Webster Bank. She was also a dedicated member of the Westport Friends Meeting.
June is survived by her loving husband, Steven John Correia of Fairhaven and two daughters, Larissa Correia of Fairhaven and Aliza Correia of Peabody; siblings: Thomas Manley, Frank Manley, Jr., Charles Manley, Elizabeth Morgado and Marjorie Turner; as well several nieces and nephews.
June was predeceased by her brother, Donald Manley.
Visitation will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, May 18 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. A Memorial Service will be held in the manner of Friends at Westport Friends Meeting, 838 Main Rd. Westport, Ma 02790 508-636-4963, on Sunday June 5 at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
