Sylvina P. Lima

New Bedford - Sylvina P. Lima, aged 82 years, died Saturday, July 9, 2005 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Anibal J. Botelho and the mother of Maria Rego of New Bedford and Ivone Xavier of Toronto, Canada. She was also the grand mother of Jessica Xavier.

Mrs. Lima was born in St. Michael, Azores and lived in this area since 1973. She was the daughter of the late Miguel I. and Virginia (Pacheco) Lima.

Mrs. Lima's funeral Mass will begin at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 8 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 A.M. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rivet St., New Bedford; Visiting hours will be Monday, July 11, 2005 from 6 - 8 P.M. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery.
