Marie A. Belanger

New Bedford – Marie A. Belanger, age 91, passed away on Friday December 18, 2015 at Royal Taber Nursing Home. She was the widow of Luke B. Belanger and the daughter of the late Jeanne (Hannen) and Clement Leconte.
Her family includes 3 children: Raymond A. Belanger and his wife, Lillian, of Somerset, Louise Salvatore and her husband, Donald, of Pembroke, Ma. and Daniel Belanger of New Bedford; 2 grandchildren: Rebecca Schmidt and David Belanger, as well as 3 great grandchildren, 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
She is predeceased by her siblings: Albert Leconte, Andre Leconte and Paul Leconte.
Visitation will be Monday evening from 5 – 7 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. At the request of the family, the funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, MA.
