Helena Amaral

Fairhaven – Helena Amaral, age 97, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2015 at Our Lady’s Haven. She was the beloved daughter of the late Maria (Cabral) and Manuel P. Amaral.
Miss Amaral was a resident of this area for most of her life.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and is predeceased by all her siblings: Leonor Raposo, Amelia Cordeira, Norberto Amaral, Alvaro P. Amaral and Thelma Amaral.
Miss Amaral’s funeral will be on Tuesday in the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will take place prior to services from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M.. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, MA
