Dorothy (Sladen) Giammatteo

Dorothy (Sladen) Giammatteo died May 4th 2005 at Morton Hospital Taunton, MA. She was the wife of the late Ernest Giammatteo. She was the mother of Kenneth Cathcart of Edenton, NC., and Brenda Swanson of Raynham, MA. She was the sister of the late Margaret Perry, and Agnes Pacheco. She is also survived by two granddaughters, and three great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces, and nephews.

Mrs. Giammatteo was the daughter of the late Arthur E. and Delena (Souza) Sladen. She was a bookkeeper with Mars Bargain Land before her retirement. She lived in this area all of herlife.

In accordance with her wishes she will be cremated.

Visiting Hour will be 8:30 A.M., prior to Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday May 11, 2005 at Our Lady of Guadalupe at St. James Parish at 10 A.M. Interment of ashes will follow at St. John Cemetery.
