Raymond Alexander

Dartmouth – Raymond Alexander, age 75 of New Bedford, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth after a courageous battle with Lymphoma. Raymond was the loving son of the late Manuel and Rose (Sylvia) Alexander. Raymond was born in Fairhaven.
Raymond is survived by his son, Steven P. Alexander and his wife, Mary, and two grandchildren, Brandon and Paige of Dartmouth; His siblings: Rosemary Szymanski and her husband, Pete, of N. Dartmouth, Anthony Alexander and his wife, Muriel of Fairhaven, Richard Alexander and his wife Yvonne of Acushnet, Robert Alexander and his wife, Flo, of Acushnet, Maryann Comeau and her husband, Denis, of New Bedford. Beloved family members: Ryan, Alicia and Nicole Sousa and their children, Nevaeh, Aryanah and Gianna of New Bedford; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Raymond is predeceased by 4 siblings: Albert Alexander, John Alexander, Dorothy Westgate and Ralph Alexander.
Per Raymond’s wishes, he was cremated. Visitation with his cremated remains present will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, December 6 from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, Ma.
