Maria D. Vieira

New Bedford-Maria D. (Angelo) Vieira died Wednesday November 17, 2004 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Adriano daSilva Pimentel. She was the mother of Adriano, and his wife Cidalia Pimentel of New Bedford. She was the grandmother of John, and his wife Renee Pimentel of New Bedford. She was survived by a brother-in-law Januario and his wife Fatima Pimentel of California, sister –in-law Carmelia Mendes of California, sister-in-law Judith Mendes of Corvo, Azores. A niece Maria Jose Angelo of Crovo, Azores.

Mrs. Vieira was born in Corvo, Azores, and lived in this area for 25 years. She was the Daughter of the late Manuel J. and Felicidade (Fraga) Angelo. She worked at Judy Sportswear as a stitcher until her retirement.

The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday November 20, 2004 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Family and friends are invited. Visiting hours will be from 6-9 P.M., on Friday Novembe19, 2004 at Perry Funeral Home.
