Wendy Marie Silva Marques

New Bedford – Wendy Marie Silva Marques, age 48, passed away on Wednesday December 4, 2013 at St. Luke’s Hospital after a wonderful life. Wendy was born in New Bedford where she spent her whole life and was the daughter of Rita I. (Silva) and Rui F. Marques.
Her family includes her two siblings: Roy S. Marques and his wife Catherine of New Bedford and Debbie M. Macaroco and her husband John; paternal grandparents: the late Jose Marques and Antonia M. Marques of Canada; maternal grandparents: the late Adelaide and the late Jose Silva; nieces and nephews: Sorrell Macaroco, J. B. Macaroco, Ryan Matthew Marques, Samuel Nicholas Marques, Gabriell M. Marques, Benjamin R. Marques and Juliana J. Marques; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
There will be visitation for Ms. Marques on Friday morning in the funeral home from 8 – 10:00 A.M. with a service to begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Arrangements placed in the care of PERRY FUNERAL HOME, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
