Janet Allen

Fall River – Janet Allen, of New Bedford, age 50, died unexpectedly Thursday, April 4th 2013 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. She was born in Ottawa, Kansas, daughter of Patricia (Johnston) and Robert Binnal. She lived most her life in this area. Janet formerly worked as a Security Guard at Gillette Stadium.
Ms. Allen’s family includes her fiancé Wallace “Wally” Lowman of New Bedford; her children Heather and Chris Allen, both of New Bedford and her sister Julie Wallace. She is survived by several other siblings as well as several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated. Visiting hours will take place with her cremains present in the funeral home on Thursday, April 18 from 6 - 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to family. Arrangements placed in the care of Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford.
