Frank Arruda

Fairhaven– Frank Arruda, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, January 29th at Alden Court Nursing Care& Rehabilitation Center. He is survived by his siblings Charles Arruda of Freetown, William Arruda of New Bedford, Shirley Ponsart of Rochester and several nieces and nephews.
Frank was predeceased by his sisters Mabel Pragana and Dolores St. Germaine.

Mr. Arruda was born in New Bedford, son of the late Mary (Arruda) and the late Charles Arruda. He lived in this area all his life. Mr. Arruda was a Machine Operator for Rodney Metals.

Mr. Arruda’s funeral will be Saturday February 2, at 9 A.M. at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday from 4-8 P.M. Family and friends are invited.
The Family would like to thank the staff at Alden Court Nursing Home for the care extended to Frank during his stay there.
