With family by his side, Alfred S. Rebello, age 74, passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2013.
Alfred affectionately known as “Reba” was a beloved husband and father. He is survived by his wife Beverly (Avilla) Rebello, son Steven and his wife Teri of Warren, RI, son Kenneth and his wife Tracy of Dartmouth, daughter Annette of Dartmouth, grandsons Joshua DeTerra, Patrick McAloon, Craig and Todd Rebello, granddaughters Sadie Rebello and Alexa MacDonald, great-granddaughters Ruby and Piper McAloon, brother Thomas Rebello and his wife Cheryl of Westport, and several nieces and nephews.
Reba was the son of the late Mary Roderigues and the late Manuel Rebello. He was born in New Bedford and lived in Dartmouth most his life. He was an avid outdoorsman and motorcyclist, who retired as a Foreman from Teledyne Rodney Metals. In his retirement he enjoyed travelling with his wife, chopping firewood, spending time with his family, dogs and his favorite pet goat Lucky.
Reba loved to help others and was always willing to offer advice and friendship to all who knew him.
In accordance with his wishes Reba will be cremated without any services.
