Norma D. (Mccabe) Vieira

New Bedford - Norma D. (McCabe) Vieira, 79, died Thursday, June 24, 2004, at the Taber St. Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Bedford, MA., after a brief illness. She was the widow of Daniel T. Vieira. Mrs. Vieira is survived by her daughter, Dr. Sharon Ann Wulf and her husband, Stanley A. Wulf of Framingham, MA; and a sister, Thelma Oliveira of New Bedford, MA.

Mrs. Vieira was born in New Bedford and lived in this area all of her life, moving to South Dartmouth, MA. in 1965. She was the daughter of James E. McCabe and Mary Frances (Teixeira) McCabe. Mrs. Vieira worked as a floor supervisor at F.W.Woolworth in New Bedford, Ma. and Nashua, N.H. from 1941 - 1954, until the birth of her only child.

Her funeral will be Monday, June 28, 2004, from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. at 9:00 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. at St. John the Baptist Church, County St. New Bedford, MA. Visiting hours will be Sunday, June 27, 2004 from 3:30 -7:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
