Julieta Cabral

New Bedford- Julieta Cabral, 82 died from a prolonged illness on Wednesday July 25. Born in Faial da Terra, Sao Miguel, daughter of the late Joao and Rosalina Casimiro. She lived in New Bedford for 37 years along with husband Antonio Cabral, three daughters Ilda Carreiro wife of Humberto, Mary Lou Medeiros wife of Joe and the late Juvenalia Simas. She also leaves behind five grandchildren Theresa Oliveira, Diane Medeiros, Stephanie Carreiro, Melissa Simas, Philip Simas and two great-grandchildren. She also had several brothers and sisters Eduardo Casimiro, Jose Casimiro, Delor Casimiro, Irene DeMelo, Fatima Carreiro, Juvenalia Melo, the late Joao Casimiro, the late Manuel Casimiro, and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cabral’s funeral will be Saturday 7:45 A.M. at the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St., Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 8:45 A.M., Burial to follow at St Johns Cemetery. Visiting hours are Friday evening from 5-8 P.M. Family and Friends are invited.
