Manuel Viveiros

Fairhaven – Manuel Viveiros age 66 years, died peacefully with his loved one’s present, Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at his home. He was the husband of Maria (Lima) Viveiros of Fairhaven. He was the loved father of Natalie Langlois of Acushnet, Aniceto Viveiros and Jesse Viveiros both of Fall River and Diane Botelho of Fairhaven. Manuel was the brother of the late Antonio Viveiros and Lidia Cabral. He was the grandfather of 8 and he had 5 step grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Viveiros was a son of the late Francisco and Maria (Oliveira) Viveiros. He was born in São Miguel Açores, Portugal. He was formally employed as a finisher at Cummings Corp. until his retirement.

Mr. Viveiros’ funeral will be from the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. on Saturday at 7:45 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 8:45 A.M. Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Friday from 5-8 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited.
